Terms and Condition of Sale Placing an order signifies that you agree to ours terms and conditions of sale. Your Statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
General These conditions of sale ("The Conditions") supplied by Beau Furniture ("The Company") of The Grade House, 29 Mucklestone Wood Lane, Loggerheads, TF9 4ED ("The Company's Address") to a purchaser ("The Customer") shall be incorporated in each contract ("The Contract") made by the company for the sales of the company's goods ("The Goods"). The company contracts upon such terms are as agreed between The Company and The Buyer.
Carriage and Packaging Unless specified otherwise the prices shown exclude delivery. Carriage/delivery shall be charged at the discretion of the company, at the rates shown.
Prices All prices shall be stated by the company unless it is agreed in writing. Any Discounts of "special offers" displayed will only be applied at the time of display.
Payment Payments can be made by credit and debit cards (Maestro/Switch, Solo, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron) cheques made payable to "Beau Furniture"
Cancellation of Order The Deposit will be fully refunded if the order is cancelled within seven days of the the date of the order, however if cancellation is made after seven days the deposit will not be refunded.
Delivery Timescales All Items show an ESTIMATED timescale, this is based upon current information from suppliers and should serve as a guide. PLEASE NOTE: from time to time supplier delays may occur, however we will keep you informed regarding the processing of your order. If you wish to seek an estimated delivery time, please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number.
Delivery, Examination and Claims The Customer shall accept mutually arranged delivery/collection. The Company will use its best endeavours to complete delivery/collection ion the date(s) agreed with the Customer but will not be oblidged to offer any compensation for late or re-scheduled deliveries. If goods are undelivered at the Customer's fault and re-delivery has to take place, a further charge may be applicable. The Customer shall upon delivery examine the Goods and report any defects with 48 hrs but the Customer's attention is drawn to the Company's "Product Care Guide" regarding natural imperfections ets prior to the claim being lodged.
Guarantee, Warranty & Refunds All Goods supplied are guaranteed and will be repaired or replaced at the Company's discretion should in the unlikely event of any structural fault develop within 12 months of purchase. The Company cannot be held responsible for any imperfections in the natural material used, or any damage caused by the Customer.
Use of Goods Our furniture is suitable for normal domestic use, and is not guaranteed for any commercial/ industrial use.
Refunds Policy In the case of items being returned by the Customer for the reason of reported fault/damage within 48 hours of being received, Beau Furniture will collect the relevant items at the Company's convenience (but within a reasonable amount of time). Refunds will be applied as and when the items have been received back at the warehouse and inspected by the Company's Management. Refunds ar not applied prior to collection and inspection.
Descriptions All drawings, descriptions, illustrations and dimensions given on the website or other advertising matter are approximate and intended for general guidance purposes only. Although the Company will endeavour to keep such information up to date, they may be subject to change without prior notice to the customer.
